Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues to determine the root cause of malfunctions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about the repair process and appliance care.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as a home appliance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in appliance repair.
