As a Home Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their appliance issues and repair options.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as a home appliance technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.
• EPA Type 1 or Universal preferred

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
