Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Work on refrigerators' sealed systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances are operating efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as a home appliance technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA Type 1 or Universal preferred
