In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of home appliances, ensuring that our customers enjoy optimal performance and reliability from their devices. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various appliance brands and models.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their appliance issues and repair options.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all repair work.
• Assist in training new technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as a home appliance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• EPA Preferred

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to customers' homes
