Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Maintenance Technician for a residential community in Columbia, SC!
Pay: $20+/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
We're looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician with experience in general maintenance, repairs, and landscaping. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and maintaining a safe, clean community.
Job Duties Include:
-Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, decks, roofs, and common areas
-Complete basic landscaping, painting, plumbing, and carpentry projects
-Operate and maintain maintenance equipment, tools, and company vehicles
-Assist with community upkeep and preventative maintenance
Job Requirements Include:
-Valid South Carolina Driver's License
-Experience with general maintenance, landscaping, or construction preferred
-Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
-Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
