What You’ll Do:

• Perform precision MIG welding on structural steel components
• Complete Flux Core and Dual Shield welds for production and custom builds
• Execute uphill flux core weave welds meeting bridge construction code standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on MIG welding experience (required)
• Ability to work with structural steel and follow weld specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
