A Schedule Built for Work-Life Balance

Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM

Our non-rotating 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule gives you more weekdays off for appointments, family, and personal time—plus fewer commutes, helping reduce time on the road while maintaining full-time hours.

What You'll Do

• Operate steel processing equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, package, and stage materials
• Monitor product quality and make basic machine adjustments
• Follow safety procedures while working as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• Reliability with a strong work ethic
• Able to stand and be active for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Desire for continuous improvement of self and team
• Able to work a 24/7 manufacturing schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Mechanical aptitude with basic shop math and computer skills, including use of tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow & retain instructions
• Safety- and quality-focused
