High Reach Forklift Operator

🕘 Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift to safely move products, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse
• Put away palletized products into elevated rack locations
• Retrieve palletized materials from racking for order fulfillment and outbound shipments
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory, quantities, and product conditions
• Load and unload products from pallets, skids, and other material handling equipment
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintenance checklists
• Monitor battery levels, maintain equipment batteries, and properly charge equipment at designated stations
• Follow all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Assist with other warehouse equipment and material handling tasks as needed

Qualifications

✅ Minimum of 2 years of recent high reach forklift experience required

✅ Ability to safely work in a warehouse environment, including:

• Cold storage temperatures as low as -20°F
• Dry storage temperatures up to 100°F
• Wearing required PPE and protective gear

✅ Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

✅ Basic math and inventory skills

✅ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels

✅ Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
