Job Title: Helmet Assembly

Location: Washington Distribution Center
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
General Overview: Assembles various types of helmets, face guards, extensions. Applies branding and decals. Conducts final product quality inspection and packs product.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assembles helmet and helmet components.
- Applies branding and decals according to specifications.
- All other duties as requested.
- May be assigned to various other areas or departments as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Education Required:
- High school degree or equivalent preferable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and execute work orders.
- Ability to follow work instructions/SOP.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Good knowledge of basic math; ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as quantities and combined box counts.
- Capable of dealing with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt and change as business needs change daily.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, shipping orders, packing specifications, labels, reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
