hiring experienced candidates to join their production team! We are looking for dependable individuals with manufacturing, concrete production, welding, or warehouse experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Open Positions:

7 Production Workers Needed - $16 - $18 (DOE)

• Pipe Plant
• Inlets
• Septic Production (2 openings)
• Manhole Curbs
• Manhole Builders (2 openings)

Warehouse Helper – $16/hr

**Welder – $20/hr **

• Minimum 2 years welding experience required

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Assist with manufacturing and production of precast concrete products
• Build and assemble concrete forms, pipes, septic tanks, manholes, and related products
• Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
• Read and follow production instructions
• Perform measuring, assembling, finishing, and quality checks
• Load, move, and organize materials throughout the production area
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work efficiently in outdoor/weather conditions as needed
• Lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

Warehouse Helper Responsibilities:

• Assist with warehouse organization and material movement
• Load/unload materials and products
• Maintain inventory and staging areas
• Support production team with material needs
• Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed

Welder Responsibilities:

• Perform welding duties on production materials and components
• MIG welding experience preferred
• Read basic blueprints or measurements
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Use welding tools and equipment safely
• Assist with fabrication and production needs

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, welding, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements
