Heavy Industrial Production Worker

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a Heavy Industrial Production position in Prince George, VA. This position is in a physically demanding manufacturing environment and requires employees to be comfortable working around heavy machinery and in hot working conditions.

Schedule

This position works 12-hour rotating shifts with rotating workdays.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Employees rotate between day and night shift monthly

• Workdays rotate based on the assigned schedule

• Must be able to work both day and night shifts

Job Duties

• Work in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment

• Assist with production and manufacturing operations

• Operate or work around industrial machinery and equipment

• Handle and move materials throughout the production area

• Monitor equipment and production processes

• Perform physically demanding tasks throughout a 12-hour shift

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Complete additional production duties as assigned

Work Environment

This is a HOT, heavy industrial environment. Candidates must be comfortable working extended 12-hour shifts in high temperatures and around large industrial equipment and machinery.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts

• Must be available for both days and nights

• Comfortable working in a hot, physically demanding environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks

• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation

• Ability to follow strict safety procedures

• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or heavy industrial experience is preferred
