Heavy Equipment Technician - Shop

A leading heavy equipment service organization is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to join its shop team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heavy construction and diesel equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify equipment issues.
• Complete service reports and work orders accurately.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year of experience repairing heavy equipment, diesel equipment, or construction equipment.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience using diagnostic software and electronic troubleshooting tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
