We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Zelienople, PA 17701. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to support our construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to understand project requirements.
• Assist in site preparation and cleanup as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
