Job Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on job sites
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Load, move, and transport materials as directed
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Work closely with site supervisors and crew members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating heavy equipment
• Experience with equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, or similar machinery preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday (possible overtime as needed)
• 20/hr to start
