Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Early Morning Start Times and Long Days

Pay Frequency: Weekly – Every Friday

Location: Ocala, FL

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a reliable Front End Bucket Loader Operator to support daily operations at a busy ready-mix concrete facility. This role involves loading hoppers, maintaining yard material flow, and working in a fast-paced environment with early morning hours. Ideal for someone with experience operating heavy equipment who’s ready for steady work and overtime potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the front-end loader to move aggregate and load hoppers

Maintain consistent material flow to the batch plant

Perform basic yard maintenance and cleanup

Follow the early start schedule and support the plant team as needed

Assist with light equipment checks and inspections

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience operating a front-end loader (required)

Comfortable working outdoors in variable conditions

Able to lift, move, and work on your feet for extended periods

Reliable and punctual — ready to work early and stay late if needed

Team player with a good safety mindset
