Seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator for a respected Flathead Valley company. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial job sites in a Seasonal full-time, daytime role. Work schedule; Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment, including:

  • - - Bobcat Excavator - Standard Bobcat - Paver Machines - Rollers

    • Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance
    • Safely maneuver machinery in tight workspaces
    • Work collaboratively with ground crews and supervisors
    • Follow safety protocols and project guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment (entry-level candidates with a willingness to train also considered).

• CDL preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.

• Background check and drug screening (upon clients request).
