We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Brighton, CO. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, road graders, loaders, skid steers, and haul trucks.

Pay: $35-40+/hr DOE

Schedule: 7 am-3:30 pm | M-F

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, road graders, loaders, skid loaders, and haul trucks
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers safely
• Follow all safety procedures, worksite rules, and traffic laws
• Keep equipment, materials, and job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Perform routine safety, maintenance, and service checks on equipment
• Complete required paperwork, reports, and documentation
• Dispose of scrap, excess materials, and refuse as needed
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience operating equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, road graders, front-end loaders, skid loaders, and haul trucks
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have a permanent work visa
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with others
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations when needed
• Good communication skills
• Ability to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on time
• Must be flexible to work occasional odd hours as needed
