## Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on equipment.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance equipment reliability.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in heavy equipment technology.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in heavy equipment mechanics is a plus.

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or similar role.

• Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
