Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation of heavy equipment to and from job sites.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Manage inventory and track equipment usage and availability.
• Communicate with team members and clients to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment handling and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or heavy equipment operation preferred.
• Proven experience in logistics, heavy equipment operation, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in equipment handling.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
