Build the Machines That Build America
$2,000 Hiring Bonus | Competitive Pay | Outstanding Benefits | Career Growth
At Schwing America, we don't just manufacture equipment—we build some of the most advanced concrete pumping equipment in North America. Every machine that leaves our facility helps construct highways, bridges, stadiums, skyscrapers, and infrastructure across the country.
We're looking for mechanically talented individuals who enjoy building, troubleshooting, and taking pride in producing world-class equipment. If you're the person who likes figuring out how things work and wants a career where every day is different, we'd love to meet you.

- Prepare trucks for final assembly and install customer-specific options
- Perform measurements, adjustments, testing, and troubleshooting
- Complete final assembly, including lighting, hoods, decals, and finishing components
- Work closely with Engineering, Parts, and Production teams
- Inspect your work to ensure every machine meets Schwing's quality standards
- Help build one-of-a-kind equipment used on major construction projects throughout North America
