Responsibilities

• Assemble heavy equipment components according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled parts meet safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely during the assembly process.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or improvements.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of equipment assembly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machinery or assembly preferred.
• Proven experience in heavy equipment assembly or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy components and equipment.
