Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Heavy Diesel Parts Specialist to join our team in St. Paul, MN. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in sourcing, managing, and supplying parts for heavy diesel equipment. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in diesel parts, we want to hear from you! You will fly to Denver CO for 1 week of training then have addational training in St Paul.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source heavy diesel parts for various equipment and machinery.
• Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment..
• Collaborate with service technicians to understand parts requirements for repairs and maintenance.
• Process orders and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new products to enhance product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in diesel mechanics is a plus.
• Proven experience in parts sales or inventory management, preferably in the heavy diesel industry.
• Strong knowledge of heavy diesel parts and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
