## Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct heavy diesel parts for their equipment.
Maintain an organized inventory of parts and ensure accurate stock levels.
Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation.
Process orders and manage transactions efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in heavy diesel parts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in diesel mechanics is a plus.
Proven experience in parts sales, preferably in the heavy diesel industry.
Strong knowledge of heavy diesel engines and components.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
