Summary:
Assemble mechanical units, fabricated part, components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and gates using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, welders, and other equipment. Flame-straighten gate and balance gate system using analytical thinking, electronic measuring devices, welders, and hand tools to achieve all customer and company requirements for gate system performance. Disassemble unit for the painting.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three years’ experience and/or training in similar manufacturing setting. Proven ability and experience in reading, understanding, and following blue prints and written instructions. Strong troubleshooting skills, above average math skills.. Proficient in electronic testing, diagnostics and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and consistently perform to meet specific deadlines. Confident, self driven, dynamic and eager to learn. Excellent time management and multitasking skills and require minimal supervision.
