Job Description

We are currently hiring Heat Treatment Operators for a manufacturing facility in the Green Bay area. This position involves operating industrial heat treatment equipment to process metal parts according to production and quality specifications.

We are looking for dependable individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces and related equipment.

• Load and unload metal parts for processing.

• Follow work orders and production instructions.

• Monitor temperatures, cycle times, and equipment performance.

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.

• Record production information and report any issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

• Heat treatment experience is a plus, but not required.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow written instructions and production specifications.

• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and high temperatures.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing tasks.

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.

Available Shifts

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
