Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in metallurgy or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Heat Treat Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of heat treatment processes and metallurgy principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
