Responsibilities

• Supervise daily heat treat operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of heat treat technicians.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production metrics.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in metallurgy or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in heat treatment processes, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of heat treat equipment and processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with production management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
