Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily heat treatment operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and maintain heat treatment equipment, ensuring it operates at optimal performance.
• Develop and implement heat treatment procedures and protocols to improve product quality.
• Train and mentor team members on heat treatment techniques and safety practices.
• Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of heat treatment processes and results.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in metallurgy or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in heat treatment processes, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of metallurgical principles and heat treatment methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in using computer systems for record-keeping and process monitoring.
