Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead safety initiatives, strengthen environmental compliance, and foster a culture where safety comes first.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company standards
* Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
* Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
*Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees and contractors
* Maintain HSE documentation, compliance records, and reporting metrics
- Partner with leadership to promote continuous improvement and workplace
- Must have worked in Automotive or Heavy Manufacturing Plant Environment
