Job Description

• Finance lead for a private equity run company.
• 3 different companies with 3 different accounting books
• Ideally manufacturing experience
• CPA (Must have)
• Need someone who can grow from this role (most likely “Director of Finance”) into a full-blow CFO in 3-5 years.
• Will lead a current team of 4 accounting professionals (including current Controller)
• Work closely with the equity ownership
• Deep understanding of banking relationships.
• Reports to CEO
• Also will work on financial metrics and reports in an analytical role, too.
• Work from Miamisburg with some flexibility to work from home on occasion.
• 12-15 years experience.

You should be proficient in:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
