At Breakthrough Productions, we build custom environments for some of the world's biggest brands. Every project is unique, and before it leaves our shop, someone has to ensure it is assembled correctly, looks incredible, is packed for safe transport, and arrives ready for a flawless installation.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of that responsibility.
If you've installed custom cabinetry, worked in the trade show industry, built retail environments, or have experience leading final installations in the field, this could be the perfect fit.
As the Head of Final Assembly & Installation, you'll own the final stage of every project before it reaches the client.
Your responsibilities include:
Assemble cabinets, displays, exhibits, scenic pieces, and branded environments
Verify all components fit and function properly
Install hardware, lighting, graphics, and accessories
Troubleshoot fit and finish issues before shipment
Make final adjustments to ensure everything meets our quality standards
Perform comprehensive final inspections before projects leave the shop
Verify dimensions, finishes, graphics, and hardware match approved drawings and client expectations
Ensure all punch-list items are completed
Catch issues before they become field problems
Sign off that projects are ready for delivery
Determine the safest and most efficient packing methods
Build or organize shipping crates when required
Protect finished products from damage during transportation
Label crates and components for fast installation
Organize hardware kits and installation documentation
Coordinate shipping logistics with project managers and clients
Expedite communication regarding shipment status and delivery timelines
Lead or assist with onsite installations throughout the United States
Install custom cabinetry, exhibits, displays, and architectural elements
Read construction drawings and installation plans
Coordinate with clients, venues, and contractors onsite
Solve installation challenges professionally and efficiently
Represent Breakthrough Productions with exceptional customer service

Experience installing cabinetry, exhibits, millwork, or commercial interiors
Ability to read shop drawings and installation plans
Strong mechanical aptitude
Comfortable lifting 75 pounds and working with a team on larger assemblies
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel when projects require onsite installation
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude and commitment to craftsmanship
Trade show or experiential marketing experience
Experience leading installation crews
Forklift certification
Basic electrical knowledge
Commercial construction experience
DOT or truck driving experience
Rigging or equipment operation experience
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
You'll work on projects that most people only see from the outside—major trade shows, cruise ship experiences, branded activations, retail environments, custom displays, and one-of-a-kind installations for nationally recognized brands.
