Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise the daily operations of the harvester and packing room team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices for harvesting and packing.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational improvements.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure proper documentation of packing activities.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise within the team promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food production or packing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food safety are a plus.
