Description

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Live hang Area.

Tasks

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. The position is responsible to assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility. This position is responsible to set up their line(s) for production and any other duties assigned by Management. This position will be able to complete each job in the live receiving area to include but not limited to: Cage Dumper, Forklift Operator, Live Hanger, Yard Driver, and Picking Room. This position is also required to complete various log sheets. This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid or dusty conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis

Hiring Criteria:
