The Hardware Test Lab Engineering and Operations Lead is responsible for the technical and operational leadership of a Hardware Test Lab supporting workstation hardware development and reliability. This role owns day‑to‑day lab operations and provides technical oversight across electromagnetic emissions, electromagnetic immunity, power, mechanical, thermal, acoustic, and environmental testing to ensure products meet internal requirements and reliability expectations.

The pay range for this role is $73,800 to $113,650 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
