Skilled Craftsperson – Residential Repair & Improvement

Portland Metro Area

Monday–Friday | Day Shift (8–5)

$30/hr + benefits

We're looking for a solid, experienced craftsperson who knows their way around residential repair work and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

This is steady, year-round work with a well-established residential service team — consistent schedule, organized dispatch, and no weekend grind. You show up, do quality work, move to the next job.

🔧 The Work

You'll be trusted with a variety of residential repair and improvement jobs, including:

• Carpentry, trim, doors, framing repairs
• Drywall patching, texture, and finish work
• Painting and surface repair
• Light plumbing and electrical fixes (fixtures, outlets, installs)
• General handyman-style residential improvements
• Completing jobs independently in occupied homes

• 3+ years hands-on construction, handyman, or maintenance experience
• Strong multi-trade capability (you can pivot between tasks without supervision)
• Comfortable working solo in customer homes
• Clean, professional communication with homeowners
• Reliable, detail-focused, and consistent in your work quality
