Duties and Responsibilities for hands-on Maintenance Technician:

Perform various duties to install and maintain production machines such as high voltage equipment
Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and perform preventitive maintenance.
Provide urgent and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production
Perform mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust
Troubleshoot diagnose and installation of wiring, electrical equipment and systems in the plant
Maintain a clean and organized work area. Comply with safety regulations.
