Overview

We are seeking a skilled Haas CNC Programmer/Set-Up to join our dynamic team in Roseville, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up Haas CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet our clients' specifications. Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using Haas controls to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for optimal performance and precision.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Document and maintain records of production processes and machine maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC programmer, specifically with Haas machines.
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming languages.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC programming or machining is preferred.
