Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds equipment and tools.
• Plant, prune, and fertilize trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Ensure proper watering and irrigation of plants and lawns.
• Remove debris, leaves, and litter from grounds to maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of outdoor events and activities.
• Monitor and report any issues related to grounds maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is a plus.
• Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
