We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Keeper to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of a toll facility property in the Chesapeake area. This position is responsible for outdoor maintenance duties, including landscaping, trash removal, general property upkeep, and ensuring the facility remains safe and presentable for employees and the public. Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds and landscaping around the facility
• Mow grass, trim hedges, and remove debris
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain the cleanliness of the property
• Perform minor maintenance and upkeep tasks as assigned
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor as needed
• Valid driver’s license preferred
