Description

The Grizzly Shipping Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, and shipment of Grizzly Coolers products. The role involves ensuring that all products are packaged securely and labeled correctly, and coordinating with other department to meet shipping deadlines.  

Essential Functions

• Accurately fulfilling and processing shipping orders
• Print and apply shipping labels with correct address and tracking information 
• Working with other departments, such as warehouse, sales, customer service, to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Working with UPS/USPS/FedEx and Trucking companies for shipping purposes 
• Maintaining records of all shipping activities, including tracking, handling receipts, and managing shipping documentation
• Other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to lift and move heave objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Familiarity with shipping software and equipment
• Being able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Computer and Microsoft Skills (excel, outlook, work, etc.)
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Standing on feet for an extended period of time, very little sitting
• Great organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperaturs.
