Pay & Shift Information

Training Period:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• $20.00 per hour
• Paid training provided

After Training Completion:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• $21.00 per hour

Machine Op Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production equipment including roll formers, saws, mills, chrome platers, buffers, grinders, and other machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
• Perform daily, routine, and preventive machine maintenance.
• Meet production goals and customer order requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Move materials throughout the facility using material handling equipment.
• Package finished products and construct shipping containers as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials.
• Coordinate shipments and prepare products for delivery.
• Monitor inventory and production supplies.
• Complete required production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.

Machine Op Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, correspondence, and production documentation.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
