Responsibilities

• Operate grinding and polishing machinery to achieve desired surface finishes.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to optimize performance and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in grinding, polishing, or similar manufacturing roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools and machinery.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
