Grinder / Polisher

Location: Marietta, GA

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Pay: $18–$22/hr Starting | Up to $25/hr Based on Experience

SourceNow is hiring a Grinder / Polisher for a manufacturing facility in Marietta, GA! We are looking for a dependable candidate with manufacturing or machine operation experience who can work with precision and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate grinding and polishing equipment
• Grind and trim rubber rolls to customer specifications
• Perform polishing and finishing operations
• Use precision measuring tools when needed
• Complete in-process quality inspections
• Monitor equipment and maintain proper working condition
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working with machinery and hand tools
• Ability to follow specifications and production procedures
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
