Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Greenlee screw machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Document production data and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience operating screw machines, preferably Greenlee.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and blueprints.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
