Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphics Quality Assurance professional to ensure the accuracy and quality of artwork produced for signs, vehicle wraps, banners, promotional products, and other custom graphics. This position serves as the final quality checkpoint before production, ensuring every project meets customer specifications, company standards, and brand expectations.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands graphic design principles, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment where accuracy is essential.

Essential Responsibilities

• Review customer artwork, proofs, and production files for accuracy before manufacturing.
• Verify spelling, grammar, colors, dimensions, layout, image resolution, and customer specifications.
• Compare final artwork against work orders and approved customer proofs.
• Ensure print-ready files meet production requirements for large-format printing, signage, apparel, and promotional products.
• Communicate with graphic designers, sales representatives, and production staff to resolve artwork issues.
• Identify potential production problems before jobs are released to print or fabrication.
• Perform final quality inspections on completed products to verify they meet company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of revisions and approvals.
• Assist with workflow improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support the production team as needed while maintaining quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in graphic design, print production, quality assurance, or sign manufacturing is a +.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong understanding of color accuracy, typography, layout, and print production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
