ABOUT THE OBC WINE PROJECT
After decades of brewing award-winning craft beer, Odell Brewing ventured into a new category with the launch of a wine project. Dedicated to the exploration of unique flavor profiles in the world of wine, this project was born out of the brewery’s shared passion for the art of winemaking. The wine cellar and tasting room are located on a property adjacent to the Fort Collins brewery. We make, package, and serve wine on tap, in cans and bottles with distribution throughout Colorado.

POSITION SUMMARY
The responsibilities of a Graphic Design & Media Specialist include transforming ideas into visually engaging content across digital and print platforms for both Odell Brewing and The OBC Wine Project. From concept development to final execution, this position will collaborate with sales, taproom, and product and content teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with business goals. This is a full-time position that will work closely with our Sr. Graphic Designer and report directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager.
This position is located and will work on-site at our Fort Collins brewery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Design and produce digital and print materials for use as point-of-sale assets, social media graphics, apparel, presentations
- Digital platform management including wordpress websites, MailChimp and SMS
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as taproom and sales teams, to understand project objectives and translate them into effective visual and digital solutions
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and multiple channels
- Prepare and optimize files for print production, digital asset management, and digital publishing
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices to continuously elevate creative output
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to shape and enhance a wide variety of marketing initiatives, including package design
- Create and cultivate an inclusive environment for co-workers, guests, and the community.
- Support additional initiatives as needed
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
*Must provide a design portfolio as part of the application process
- 2 years of experience in a Graphic Design focused role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Preferred proficiency in Canva, WordPress, digital asset management systems, MailChimp, or similar
- An aptitude for detail with analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Resourceful, proactive and self-driven
- Conceptual thinker and strong work ethic
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Knowledge of photography and photo editing skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Must be collaborative and a team player

COMPENSATION
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Odell’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting salary: $60,000
