Position Overview
Our Grain Operations Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing daily grain facility operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance through equipment maintenance, housekeeping, inventory management, and grain quality control. The position leads and develops a team of grain workers, setting priorities, coordinating workflows, and driving employee performance and engagement. Responsibilities also include managing safety programs, conducting investigations, monitoring budgets, and supporting capital planning to meet operational and financial objectives. Our Grain Operations Supervisors optimize grain handling, drying, blending, and storage processes while maintaining compliance with industry standards and minimizing grain shrink. This role is ideal for a hands-on agricultural operations leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and balancing operational, safety, and financial performance in a grain handling environment.
