Job Description

We are seeking a Gluer Operator to join an expanding team. This role offers competitive pay, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work with modern folding and gluing equipment in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate folding/gluing equipment
• Review job tickets and production specifications
• Monitor product quality and make machine adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance
• Complete production documentation
• Work closely with Feeders, Packers, and the production team to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment following 5S standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience operating folding and/or gluing equipment or strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read job tickets and production documentation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred:

• 3+ years of folding/gluing equipment experience
• Packaging, printing, or converting industry experience
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with production reporting systems
• Minor mechanical repair experience
