Position Summary
Ensure the acquisition of the best talent for the company at a global level, seeking to respond to the strategic needs of the business, ensuring technical compliance with job profiles, cultural fit and guaranteeing the coverage of vacancies in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Assign vacancies to the team according to its specialty and structure, guaranteeing the correct development of kickoffs and timely gathering of needs
Accompany and guide the team in the process of mapping and evaluating candidates, seeking to guarantee compliance with established procedures and processes and ensuring compliance with the company's selection strategy
Design, implement and continuously improve the processes, procedures and practices of Talent Acquisition in the company
Manage relationships with third parties and recruitment agencies, ensuring that they respond to the company's policies and defining the rate of the best partners
Develop the talent acquisition team, guaranteeing continuous improvement of their skills and competencies
Continuously standardize the policies and best practices of Talent Acquisition in the global service center, facilitating the coverage of the company's needs and guaranteeing the necessary resources to the work team
Identify new needs and/or opportunities for improvement in order to develop new recruitment strategies and procedures that respond in a timely and adequate manner to the needs of the organization.
Constantly train the Hiring Manager and Stakeholders of the process seeking the adoption of the Talent Acquisition procedures and policies
Ensure the registration and correct documentation of the selection processes in the company through the workday system.
Education & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology or similar fields
Post Graduate Degree on HR
Experience:
8-10 years of general experience in Talent acquisition or Head hunting
Experience with global recruitment (North America, LATAM, EMEA and global markets)
Experience with Executive recruitment and Executive Head Hunting (C-level, VP Level, D-level)
Fluent Spanish
Pay and Benefits
The estimated base pay range for this position is: $112,000 - $168,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, qualifications, skills and geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive program.
