POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Quality Manager's primary responsibility is to establish, implement, and maintain a global quality management system (QMS) that ensures products and services meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements for the Aerospace & Composites industry. This involves leading teams, conducting audits, developing strategies, and driving continuous improvement across various global locations. The initial focus is to help Web Industries build an Aerospace Grade Culture through the design and deployment of standardized quality processes, analytical methods, and systems, then using the appropriate internal audits and assessment processes to validate system effectiveness and progression. Establish a proactive business impact by integrating the voice of the customer into quality strategy, continuous improvement, and the realization of a zero defect culture.
The Global Quality Manager leads the quality staff in a way to foster a company culture that models Web Industries’ principles and values. This includes building healthy, constructive relationships with their team, customers, suppliers, and other company stakeholders. This requires communication, coaching, mentoring, and motivating employees around operational excellence.

This position has significant contact with clients, suppliers, and community members
Travel (30-40%) for managing QMS at multiple sites, customer meetings, supplier audits and corporate events
